  • Your first point of contact will be with the Admissions Coordinator located in Vancouver, Washington.  Simply call 360-690-8495. 
  • Each caller receives a confidential pre-screening interview to determine if their teen might be a good fit for our program at the Youth Ranch.
  • If teen is considered an potentially appropriate placement, you will be given an overview of the PATCH Treatment Program, including goals of the program and expectations of our clients
  • The Admissions Coordinator will be able to answer your questions regarding the ranch program, fees, and admissions process and will be your contact until you are ready for an Intake Interview at the ranch.

3)  Application Review:

  • Once your application is received, the Admissions Director will review your completed application.
  • Should Project PATCH be unable to accept an application, parents are notified as soon as possible and given referrals and resources that may be a better fit for your child.

Project PATCH offers Student Sponsorships

Sponsorship for your child is determined by family and individual need based income and ability to pay.  Paystubs and tax returns are required along with Financial Aid Application and Household Monthly Budget. All sponsorships are completely funded by private donations from people who genuinely care about teens and families, and want to help.

Application Processing Fee:  A non-refundable processing fee of $35 is due with your application. This does not guarantee admission.

Entrance Fees:  Total of $1575 is due upon admission along with first month's pro-rated tuition. This fee covers expenses for your child's Ranch gear, medical account, dorm room, counseling supplies, and ambulance insurance.

Tuition: The monthly tuition fee covers the cost of the following items:

  • Accredited Education Classes
  • Licensed Therapy Supervision
  • Licensed Counselors
  • Complete Room and Board
