The Spiritual Program at Project PATCH begins with hiring staff who have passed a background check and are dedicated, practicing Christians.
| The Chaplain coordinates the spiritual activities. He stands ready to assist staff in accomplishing their goals of spiritual growth by: |
| • Supporting residents and staff |
| • Exemplifying the life and teachings of Jesus Christ |
| • Cooperating with staff in life and spiritual issues of residents |
| • Leading Bible classes |
| • Guiding discipleship groups |
| • Offering one-on-one sessions with residents and staff |
| In addition, the chaplain also conducts church services, Bible study groups, and activities directed toward the spiritual growth of residents. |

"If a fellow believer hurts you, go and tell him—work it out between the two of you. If he listens, you've made a friend. If he won't listen, take one or two others along so that the presence of witnesses will keep things honest, and try again. If he still won't listen, tell the church.
